Removing the full height bulkhead from the L663 Defender 90 and 110 'hardtop' is a popular modification, but when the factory bulkhead is removed from the vehicle, the area behind the seats looks raw and unfinished.The Bulkhead Delete Kit cleans up the front edge of the cargo area and the trim area behind the seats to create a sleek OEM interior when the bulkhead has been removed from an L663 Defender Hardtop.The partition removal kit's molded, raised lip creates a raised mini-partition that prevents objects in the rear of the vehicle from falling into the cavity behind the front seats and/or damaging the seat backs.With the partition removed, the interior of your Defender Hardtop suddenly feels lighter and airier. Items in the rear of the vehicle are easier to reach and you can adjust the seats over a wider range.The Bulkhead Delete Kit can be installed in around 30 minutes and it has been designed to utilize the existing mounting points, meaning no modifications need to be made to the interior of your Defender. This design feature also means that the installation is fully reversible at a later date. Off-road vehicles are not designed for aerodynamics and invertebrate air currents, of course. This is rarely noticeable when driving, because you usually don't even get into the corresponding speed ranges. However, there is one aspect where the Defender's rustic box shape very quickly reveals annoying disadvantages and that is the almost rectangular and fairly vertical windows.
Especially when driving off-road or in cold and wet conditions, for example when the ventilation in the Landy is weak and the windows mist up, you're glad if you can roll the windows down a little. However, the effect described at the beginning of this article soon becomes apparent. The strong turbulence on the angular windows is not only loud, but also draws even more dust and water into the car. This annoys even the most hardened off-roaders.
The perfectly fitting and extremely robust wind deflectors from ClimAir for the New Defender 90 provide an immediate remedy and guarantee improved fresh air supply and a pleasant interior climate in all seasons. After all, there are many pieces of gear and equipment that need to be quickly accessible but shouldn’t be kept on the inside, because they are either too filthy or they smell of gas, Diesel or other automotive chemicals. A perfect storage place for these things is our side-mounted storage box for the New Landy’s right side.* The side-mounted storage box is made from Plastic and offers a hefty 24 l of volume. It is mounted on the standard roof rail or on our CargoBear roof rack – adapters are included. Its size and the maximum load of 17 kg allow for a huge amount of equipment that can be stored here. Inside the box, there’s a built-in storage mesh for more safety and tidiness. The carrier can be locked and is also watertight, of course. For easier cleaning, there is a plughole with a rubber stopper in the bottom. The side-mounted cargo carrier is designed for maximum aerodynamics and the reduction of wind noise. Its color black compliments every New Defender and if you want to take customization even further, depressions on the lid are the perfect spot to attach one of our Land Rover logos. Every Landy draws attention, for sure, but often enough it’s the unwanted kind from thieves and car burglars. That’s where this nifty and inconspicuous modification comes in for Defender models Td5 and Td4 (90/110/130) – whether camping conversion, expedition vehicle or your regular standard spec Landy. Our hidden underfloor locker for the front footwell is integrated in the floor panel and thereby creates a lot more security for your valuables.
Secured by a lock, dust- and watertight and in most cases hidden by floor mats, the underfloor boxes are the ideal storage space for all those extremely important small things: documents, passports, wallets, expensive electronics, gadgets, tools, medication etc. Sporting a volume of ca. 7 liters, this roughly square storage box will hold an astounding amount of your most valuable items.
Since the boxes are mounted underneath the footwell floor, we make them from extremely robust, powder-coated stainless steel. Installing the assembly kits for Td5/Td4 in the right or left front seat footwells is really simple. Other areas in the vehicle body are also suitable for mounting the locker, the cargo hold for example. In these cases, you can order the box also without the panel. If you own non-standard Defenders or older models, where the Td5/Td4 panels won’t fit, you should also choose the “locker only” option. The same applies if you simply want to make the cuts yourself in the existing floor panels.
Important during installation: the flattened edge of the box must always face the centre of the vehicle during installation!
Please note, if a tank or other additional attachments are mounted below the bottom plate, it is not possible to mount the storage box.

The open dashboard design in the New Defender is no coincidence, of course. This is where the impeccably modern cockpit by design director Gerry McGovern and colleagues pays homage to the interior of the classic Defender, the original Landy. Good for us, because we immediately spotted an opportunity to improve storage capabilities: with our nifty dashboard bag for the New Defender.
The open dashboard shelf is where you put all the odds and ends in your car. It was like that in the old Landy, it will probably be the same in the new one. But once you’re testing the L663’s tilt angle or maximum gradient, our new dashboard bag, made from easy-to-clean, robust nylon, will keep your stuff from actually flying around. Installing the bag firmly in the dash takes only a few minutes. The zipper has two sliders so that the bag can be opened and shut from both sides. On the inside, mesh compartments and Velcro fleece allow for organized and secure storage of all kinds of items. The front features MOLLE fleece to attach patches and other little things.
Since the New Landy sports a designer cockpit, we used transparent plastic material on top of the bag. This allows for the ambient LEDs in the dashboard and the day light from the opening above to filter through into the bag’s interior. The dashboard bag comes in New Landy compatible colors black, gray and coyote.
Installation does NOT require drilling, glueing or other damaging methods. It is completely reversible. We include a detailed installation guide.

Modern car doors are primarily optimized for lateral impact protection. Small wonder that even large vehicles like the New Defender offer relatively little storage space in the door paneling. With our new storage nets for driver and passenger door of the New Landy you can pretty much double the available space of your door pockets - for all the things you want to keep within reach, in summer and winter. The elastic mesh material also ensures that you’re using only the space you actually need. And when you take your New Defender off-roading, the nets also make sure that everything you keep in the door pockets will actually stay there.
The nets are simply screwed into the door panels using the fastening materials included in the delivery. The door nets come in the colors black, gray and coyote and are sold in pairs for driver and passenger door.

CargoBear storage rack for Land Rover New Defender L663
The more space you have, the greater the temptation to simply deposit your gear all over the place. With a cargo giant like the new Defender 110 (from MY2020), this will inevitably lead to chaos. That's why we’re putting a bear in the cargo area, a small CargoBear. This additional shelf with its generous dimensions of about 860 x 525 mm takes a load of about 50 kg and is intended for heavier equipment, tools etc.
As with the CargoBear roof rack, the cargo shelf is made of robust, powder-coated and perforated aluminum. Raised edges, anti-slip surface and a variety of lashing points make it very easy to ensure one hundred percent load security. By the way, the angled design of the supports leaves approx. 640 mm of loading height under the CargoBear rack. This means that even larger items such as boxes etc. can still be stowed without a problem.
When mounting the shelf, all you need to do is fastening it to the existing attachement points of the trunk cover with the original screws. Only the hooks on the original trim have to be removed – making installation or removal a matter of minutes.
