Compact size BlueSea blade fuse block and power distribution for either six or up to twelve seperately fused circuits for up to 30 Amps per electronic installation and currencies up to 32 volts. Fitting a variety of cars with 6 V up to 24 V supply systems. These fuse boxes also provide a common negative bus to minimize bad earth problems. New version offers two separate circuits, thus allowing e.g. 6 installation with permanent life feed and 6 with ignition life feed. This fuse box can be the starting point for well laid-out and safe vehicle electrics and should be fitted from early on when starting fitting additional appliances and electical installations. The box itself should be fused - not more than 30 cm away from the battery with a maximum of 125 A - for which we recommend our fuse carrier (up to 200 A) from the same supplier with the suitable 125 A MIDI strip fuse. This makes the holder suitable for a wide range of vehicles, from classic cars with 6 V electrical systems to trucks with 24 V electrical systems.The fuse box also serves as a distribution or collection system for the earth connection. Difficult-to-locate electrical and electronic problems due to a bad earth wire of the bodywork are thus significantly minimised - especially for Land Rover Defender models from model year 2007 onwards (Td4 engine) this is a good investment! A ground cable is then fed back to the battery from the ground collection point.The distributor is the cornerstone of a neatly constructed and fused electrical system in the vehicle and should be fitted right at the start of Defender ownership if possible. The distributor itself must also be fused - no more than 30 cm from the battery, with max. 125 A - for this we recommend the fuse holder up to 200 A as well as the matching 125 A MIDI strip fuses.Another feature is an LED indicator for each circuit, which indicates a defective fuse when it lights up. The scope of delivery also includes stickers for various consumers to make it easier to assign the respective connections.
