Maybe that’s why we have such an intense relationship with open flames, glowing embers and – of course – grilled food. Hand on heart, is there anything more satisfying on a camping or weekend trip than sitting around a real fire with family and friends? Our brand new modular fire pit with grill and skewers can be put together and packed away in no time. Plates and stands are made from 4 mm steel. They are uncoated, so that barbecuing food is absolutely safe in our Nakatangenga brazier. Moreover, the lack of paints or coatings will also allow the steel to develop a beautiful patina over time – telling the story of so many good times around the fire! The individual metal elements are precision milled and are simply slotted into each other. Once assembled, the pit’s precision engineering makes sure everything holds tightly together. And since there are neither nuts nor bolts involved, you’ll never lose any small fastening parts as with other assembly kits. The solid short ends of the brazier include the stands and are made from a single sheet of metal each. Two feet on one end and a single one on the other create a firm tripod stand. This makes positioning the fire bowl always safe and easy, even on rough surfaces. If you have soft earth or snow, you can push the stands deep into the ground like a spade, ensuring rock solid stability. The side elements feature aeration holes to guarantee proper oxygenation for your fire or your embers. All around the top of the fire pit, you will find plenty of notches to securely place the grill or the skewers. Last but not least, the kit also features a sturdy pack bag made of high-quality nylon, reinforced with truck tarpaulin – guaranteeing safe and comfortable transport of your disassembled fire pit. Hungarian frying pan with foldable handle and bag Hardly any cooking dish is better suited for camping and outdoor life than a good iron frying pan. You can use it to cook almost anything - even directly in your camp fire’s embers if necessary. And all you need to do afterwards is to wipe it with a damp cloth. Unlike coated composite metal pans, the all-iron variety is virtually indestructible, isn’t detrimental to your health and it’s definitely highly sustainable – in fact, it has been for thousands of years. Connoisseurs also swear by the very unique frying properties, especially when it comes to the taste of a steak made in a patinated iron pan. Dutch Oven The Dutch Oven, often referred to simply as a pot (sic), is available here together with a sturdy tripod, a pot stand and, of course, a lid lifter. Although the pot itself is available in three sizes, we only offer it as a set in the two most popular sizes. Of course, the tripod, the lid lifter and the pot stand can also be used with the pound pot (coincidentally also the name of a very popular Dutch Oven dish - but here we mean our 12-quart pot). The pots are also particularly suitable for induction cookers, as well as for all other types (ceramic, open fire, etc.). Please select the desired size.A practical tip from Harry:Tried and tested for travelling: one of the two sets offered here! You can also attach one of these beautiful enamelled percolators to the tripod for making coffee. But be careful! Not all percolators are suitable for this type of coffee preparation! And... the handle can get devilishly hot! Our lid lifter doesn't really help here either. But if anyone knows of a practical way of using the Dutch oven lid lifter with a percolator, please let me knowWhere were we again? Exactly! With our DO sets... ideal for travelling, but probably a little undersized for a garden party. So in itself it's perfectly adequate for a garden party, but not for a G-A-R-T-E-N-P-A-R-T-Y!That's when you need our pound pot - and to supplement and round off the food base, you can always find a quick use for the smaller brother. And if you want to serve the much-quoted icing on the cake as a first aid against second hunger late at night: Take a piece of beef of your choice, it should be around 300-400 grams and nicely marbled, and it must be able to fit into the sizzle pan later (a flank steak is really tasty, but completely unsuitable for this), and put it in the oven set to around 55°C, but not immediately taken out of the fridge - preheating is superfluous, unless your G-A-R-T-E-N-P-A-R-T-Y is taking place in the Arctic Circle.There, in the oven, it can then remain for a long, really long time, but of course not until the end of time. So don't overdo it! And the following really does apply to this preparation: don't add salt! Garlic, thyme and/or rosemary add a familiar flavour, sage and coriander a less familiar but very interesting one. When your guests' appetite for a savoury or tasty treat reawakens, simply let the Sizzel Pan heat up in the embers and then place the meat inside. 45-60 seconds per side is usually sufficient and a knob of good butter should not be missing. Allow the meat to rest for a few more minutes, then cut into slices and serve,  then cut into slices and serve sprinkled with salt (flakes!) and freshly ground pepper. Make sure you try it: Lemon pepper!   Further information:  Our Dutch ovens can be used over an open fire, on the barbecue, on the hob and also in the kitchen oven. We have deliberately opted for pots without legs, as these can be stored in a more space-saving way and can also be used in the normal kitchen. Our pots are already baked so that you can prepare delicious food straight away.

As a guide in choosing the appropriate for your purpose pot size should serve here one of the most popular Dutch Oven recipes: Layered Meat The 4.2 liter pot is suitable for layered meat, but not predestined. Its volume is sufficient for 4-7 servings. With the 8-liter pot you get enough for 16-20 people. With the 12-liter pot you prepare Schichtfleich for 23-27 people. He is the ideal party pot. The portion or person calculation is of course very much dependent on the chosen dish, of possible side dishes etc. our dutch oven are already branded! Please note: A lid lifter is NOT included! These triangles create a clear, audible tone and are not just a ranch at the ready to assemble family members for dinner. You will be astonished how quickly your guests will react to the ringing of the bell with an increased salivation (to be found in Pavlov, the discoverer of the conditioned reflex).

Pot Stand for Dutch Oven  A very practical utensil for outdoor cooking. The pot stand makes it possible for the pot to maintain a firm footing even when it is being burnt off when cooking directly in the embers. Of course, you can also use it to serve at the table, but then should not necessarily use the same one had just been in the embers shortly before. Muurinpohjapannu at Nakatanenga? Something unspeakable in the company with the funny name ... But actually it is quite simple (as long as you do not have to pronounce it): Muurinpohjapannu is Finnish and means nothing more than - now it comes - frying pan. In fact, "this part" can be used like a frying pan; Almost everything that can be prepared in an ordinary pan can also be sizzle on this part. Well, it does not have a handle. This should make it a little difficult if you should try his pancake in the usual way. That may also be the reason that we are talking about a pancake and not a Muurinpohjapannukuchen - what I'm glad! Maybe you should, if you want to use this part properly, but rather every thought, any association to a pan and start again from the beginning. Grill plate or fire plate - that could work better. The thing just on the three screw-on legs (something that stands on three legs, that can never wobble!). Put directly into the campfire - or just next to it, depending on what you want to prepare. Completely easily different temperature zones are created, in which the most different food can be prepared. An example? Tortillas. Fry the meat in the hot region, move to a less hot region of the plate to roast, and fry the vegetables it tolerates. Then either heat the tortilla wrap on the vegetables or grill on the plate.
