They expand the existing storage space enormously, are customizable and flexible and can be optimally combined with our MOLLE bags, our tensioning and fastening straps or the Quickfists for attaching heavy objects. Box inlay bag for Alu-Box Pro, single Tired of carrying your luggage around and packing it into your roof box? You can conveniently fill these box inlays with your luggage at home and then place them in the roof box. No more cumbersome carrying back and forth! You can store many handy and bulky items in aluminium storage boxes such as the Alu-Box Pro roof box. But should you really store everything possible in it? What about clothing or delicate small items that could be soiled or damaged by aluminium abrasion from the box? You can avoid such problems with this new inner bag. Tidiness is the keyword - because you can mark the pockets with the fluorescent, inscribable ID patches. Up to three filled box inlays fit into one Alu-Box Pro S198 roof box. If you use our aluminium storage boxes Pro in different sizes, pay attention to the dimensions and volume specifications of the respective box. Of course, the inner pocket does not have to be completely filled and can therefore also be placed in smaller Alu-Boxes - a box inlay also fits in the 74, 81 or 120 litre Alu-Box Pro, for example. The model comes with a 2-way zip and a MOLLE Velcro surface (12 cm wide & 7.2 cm high) for attaching practical ID patches. There are many aluminium roof boxes on the market - ranging from expensive, heavy and cheap quality. This aluminium box has an excellent quality/price ratio. It's also water- and dust-proof according to the IP54-Norm. The aluminium alloy of the box offers good protection against salt water and other environmental toxicants. The material strength is 1.0 mm. waterproof / dustproof according to IP54 standard Delivery without FLIXPLUS lashings! Please note that there is one important consideration about aluminum. As always, we make sure our products are stored, handled and shipped with the utmost care. Aluminum boxes, however, can always show minimal scratches, dull spots, blemishes, small dents or other superficial marks on delivery. These are solely due to the specific properties of the material. On contact with atmospheric oxygen, aluminum develops a natural, anti-corrosion patina.  Three times lighter than steel, it is also considerably softer, making it the perfect material for metal sheets, especially when weight and durability are important. The flip side of these properties, though, means that aluminum can never be entirely free of scratches, blemishes etc. This is why these surface marks do not constitute grounds for customer complaints. After all, aluminum boxes are meant to be rugged items for heavy duty use and every mark tells a story. With that in mind, we hope you get the most out of your boxes!
