Off-road vehicles are not designed for aerodynamics and turbulent air flows, of course. This is seldom noticeable when driving, because you don't usually reach the corresponding speed ranges. However, there is one aspect in which the Defender's rustic box shape very quickly reveals annoying disadvantages, and that is the almost rectangular and fairly vertical windows.

Especially when driving off-road or in cold and wet conditions, for example when the Landy's ventilation is weak and the windows mist up, you'll be glad if you can roll the windows down a little. However, the effect described at the beginning of this article soon becomes apparent. The strong turbulence on the angular windows is not only loud, but also draws even more dust and water into the interior of the car. This annoys even hardened off-roaders.

The perfectly fitting and extremely robust wind deflectors from ClimAir for the Defender provide an immediate remedy and guarantee an improved supply of fresh air and a pleasant interior climate in all seasons. The screens made of moulded acrylic glass reliably keep out snow and rainwater both when driving and when stationary and ensure that you can avoid any build-up of heat through the window, even when it is very hot in summer.
